It can provide an important basis for the components election and radiation protection design in the process of aerospace product development. This database contains the device type of DAC/ADC, Linear instruments, logic devices, memories and processor, and provides the source of the data, the information of the modal of the device and its manufacturer.In order to retrieve the database conveniently, it also provide the data retrieval function, and users can retrieve by the names, the types, and the manufacturers of the device etc.
