Research of combined effect on compound material by small space debris and atomic oxygen

 Recently, using Space Particulate Impact Facility and Atomic Oxygen Simulation Facility our  team carried out the research of combined effect of small space debris  and atomic oxygen on aluminium-plate kapton. The experiment indicate  that is very easy for small space debris impact to destroy the  anti-oxygen film and this will seriously adding the atomic oxygen  eroding effect on kapton material with antic-oxygen film. So when  consider the atomic oxygen effect on material these combined effect  should considered especial on material with anti-oxygen film.
