Recently,  our lab has tested the satellite time sequence circuit in DECDIS  (Satellite Deep Charging&Discharging Simulater). Internal  discharging currents and electric field pulses have been observed in the  experiment. The time sequence circuit has been disturbed by internal  discharging pulses, which could result in satellite pseudo order,  malfunction, etc, threatening the safety reliability of satellite  system.
