Internal  charging ,induced by high energy electrons in space, usually results in  dielectric discharging which threatens the safety of satellite  parts(cables, circuits, etc). Several satellites in 2008 anomalies has  been confirmed that they are attributed to deep dielectric charging  &discharging ( http://www.sat-index.co.uk/failures/).

  Recently,  after the internal charging experiments of space dielectrics in DECDIS  (Satellite Deep Charging &Discharging Simulator), our lab has  carried out the internal discharging experiments and observed the  discharging current pulses and electric magnetic pulses, and the study  is still on-going.
