Primary research of damage law of hypervelocity impact on solar cell cover glass

The  impact damage effect of solar cell is of concern in engineering so  experiments of hypervelocity impact of small particles on solar cell  cover glass is carried out on Space  Particulate Impact Facility. Through experiments crater morphology on  different particle diameter and velocity was deprived and the  statistical law of crater diameter was constituted furthermore we had  tested the optical penetration rate on crater area and got the primary  results.
