                        (some measurement devices and experimental results)

  Main function:

For spacecraft materials, components, devices and circuits

  •     Deep charging & discharging experiments of space materials by energetic electrons

  •     Deep charging & discharging experiments of satellite components by energetic electrons

  •     Experiments for effects of deep discharging pulses on satellite devices and circuits

Major capability:

  • vacuum degree: lower than 10-5Pa ,capable of continuous running for several months

  •  experiment temperature: ranges from -60℃ to +100℃(±1℃)

  •  Irradiation sources:Sr90 radioactive source (0.1—2.2MeV continuous electron spectrum,similar to the MEO and GEO electron environment in radiation belt,irradiation intensity is adjustable from (1 pA/c㎡ adjustable from 5 to 100 keV,and intensity from several 10pA/cm2 to 10mA/cm2);

  •  Measured parameters: surface potential, leakage current, discharge current pulse, discharge electric field pulse, material conductivity, signals of devices and circuits for satellite application.
